Thus should be the philosophy of Country Administrators (C.A.), and Region Administrators (R.A.).
Country/Region Administrator’s goal is to provide members with the best partner matches, knowledge, and skill training as possible.
They will have support from the entire PolyglotClub community, as well as expertise from authorities in the fields of Glottology, Cultural Studies, and Didactics.
They shall strive to enhance the members’ linguistic skills, and knowledge of foreign cultures.
Yet, this should not be implemented at the cost of any other member.
Each subscriber must have the opportunity to interact and improve.
CA/Region Administrator shall enjoy doing all of the above with no other reward than the personal gratification derived from these exchanges.
As a compensation, Country/Region Administrator will be entitled to a special status within PolyglotClub, and shall be regarded highly for their commitment by the entire PolyglotClub society.
Moreover, Country/Region Administrator shall be able to use their position for personal and professional growth.
This shall be facilitated through the privileged use of PolyglotClub letter head paper and nominative business cards.
Lastly, Country/Region Administrator can count on the full support from our worldwide network for all their individual endeavors, when compatible with their duties and with the PolyglotClub Policy.
To do this, Country/Region Administrator must be moderators and facilitators, so as to instill fundamental ethics and common good in all PolyglotClub participants.
CA/Region Administrator generally have very high retention with our members year after year.
PolyglotClub shall keep the interests of their members first and foremost.
That means Country/Region Administrator shall host regularly scheduled meetings in convenient locations, and in the best possible conditions.
CA/Region Administrator shall strive to promote each individual meeting regardless of their personal agenda or benefits.
Moreover, Country/Region Administrator shall actively elevate PolyglotClub, and develop exchanges between as many individuals as possible.
That is why PolyglotClub is proud to believe it is one of the best existing sites promoting languages and cultures worldwide.
