Days
In Indonesia, the days of the week are based on the Gregorian calendar. The names of the days in Indonesian are very similar to English.

Seasons
Indonesia has two seasons, rainy season and dry season. These seasons differ depending on the region of the country. The rainy season usually occurs from October to April, while the dry season occurs from May to September. The words for these two seasons in Indonesian are:
- musim hujan - rainy season
- musim kemarau - dry season
