Common English Prepositions and Their French Equivalents
Here is a list of some common English prepositions, along with their French equivalents and example sentences:
- Above - au-dessus
* The bird is flying above the trees. (L'oiseau vole au-dessus des arbres.)
- After - après
* She arrived after me. (Elle est arrivée après moi.)
- Against - contre
* She voted against the proposal. (Elle a voté contre la proposition.)
- Around - autour

- Before - avant
