Compound cardinal numbers less than 100 are linked by hyphen (other than those ending in -1 between 21 and 71 inclusive): Tab1

Hyphens for Cardinal Numbers of 100 and above

But cardinal numbers of 100 and above are not linked to other numbers by hyphen, in compound numbers: Tab2
