ESR: erythrocyte sedimentation rate.
Erythrocyte meaning red blood cell that are found in the blood. Sedimentation is separation and rate is usually time taken. In layman term, this is a type of blood test that measures the time red blood cell takes to settle at the end of a tube.
WBC count: How many white blood cell per amount of blood. White blood cell are what makes your immune system and fight against diseases.

y-GTP: Gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase
I don't know much about this test. I just know that it uses to test your liver for diseases.
