    • In my opinion, there are many reasons why some people tend to purchase houses and this tendency can bring many merits for themselves.
    • On the one hand, there are two obvious benefits that explain why many people tend to buy accommodations instead of renting houses in several countries.
    • First and foremost, several state-owned banks offer appropriate situations for people who decide to become homeowners.
    • In other words, the banks in these nations provide a remarkable amount of money in the form of subsidized loans with a long repayment period, especially for young couples who have some deposits in their accounts.
    • Last but not least, the purchase of a home is seen as a valuable long investment for some part of society that is attempting to have a bright future.
  • Simply put, when one has private property becomes retired who may better manage his living expenses either rent or sell them.
    • In my view, becoming a homeowner brings many merits especially for young couples.
  • First of all, a number of landlords tend to set stricter rules for their tenants.
  • In other words, tenants are not allowed to modify the decorations of their units, such as painting, repairing, and even changing certain things in the accommodation to make it attractive.
    • Indeed, if they change some part of their units, they may be reprimanded by landlords.
    • Secondly, in multiple nations, tenants suffer a multitude of difficulties when property-owners decide to rise in rent.
    • In fact, some occupants need to work hard to prepare the amount of money demanded by landlords as rent.
    • Therefore, receiving debt or saving money to purchase a personal house is a procedure that suits them.
  • In conclusion, my viewpoint is that buying private houses or apartments not only consider as financial support for many people but also frees them from difficult rules and heavy rent payments.
