    • On the one hand, there are two obvious benefits that explain why many people tend to buy accommodations instead of renting houses in several countries.
    • First and foremost, several state-owned banks offer appropriate situations for people who decide to become homeowners.
    • In other words, the banks in these nations provide a remarkable amount of money in the form of subsidized loans with a long repayment period, especially for young couples who have some deposits in their accounts.
    • Last but not least, the purchase of a home is seen as a valuable long investment for some part of society that is attempting to have a bright future.
  • Simply put, when one has private property becomes retired who may better manage his living expenses either rent or sell them.
