    • Last but not least, the purchase of a home is seen as a valuable long investment for some part of society that is attempting to have a bright future.
  • Simply put, when one has private property becomes retired who may better manage his living expenses either rent or sell them.
    • In my view, becoming a homeowner brings many merits especially for young couples.

    • Secondly, in multiple nations, tenants suffer a multitude of difficulties when property-owners decide to rise in rent.
    • In fact, some occupants need to work hard to prepare the amount of money demanded by landlords as rent.
    • Therefore, receiving debt or saving money to purchase a personal house is a procedure that suits them.
  • In conclusion, my viewpoint is that buying private houses or apartments not only consider as financial support for many people but also frees them from difficult rules and heavy rent payments.
