Regular Members are to understand what commitment you have made to PolyglotClub.
Likewise, PolyglotClub expects all Members to be at Meetings on time.
PolyglotClub understands if some Members have other commitments, and will not be able to attend a Meeting.
Yet, the organizers of such events would appreciate a phone call to let them know you will not be there.
Teamwork! All PolyglotClub actors shall work as a team. Country Administrators, Region Administrators, World Administrators, and Members must unite.

 Help to correct

PolyglotClub's goals are to provide its Members with leadership and resources.
This will allow them to exchange with partners, and improve their learning of foreign languages and cultures.
Country Administrator/Region Administrator shall try their best to provide each Member with a matching participant.
Country Administrator /Region Administrator are expected to give 100% of their efforts while they are acting as moderators online, and at Meetings.
In turn, they will have a great time along with learning foreign languages and cultures.
Besides this gain of knowledge, Country/Region Administrator will benefit personally, socially, and professionally from their special status at PolyglotClub.
