Here are some expressions and questions that can be used to talk about daily routines:
=== Grammar ===

Now that you have learned some vocabulary, let's practice using it in sentences. In Persian, the verb comes after the subject in a sentence. Here's the basic sentence structure:

Subject + Verb + Object

For example:

- من به دانشگاه می‌روم.
- Man be daneshgah miravam.
- I go to the university.

In the sentence above, "من" (man) is the subject, "می‌روم" (miravam) is the verb, and "به دانشگاه" (be daneshgah) is the object. The verb "می‌روم" (miravam) means "go" in English.

To talk about your daily routine, you can use the present tense of verbs. In Persian, the present tense is formed by adding the suffix "-م" ("-am") to the verb stem. Here's an example:

- من می‌روم.
- Man miravam.
- I go.

To make a negative sentence, you can add the word "نه" (na) before the verb. For example:

- من نمی‌روم.
- Man nemiram.
- I don't go.

* صبح که می‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌خواهم شد، زود بیدار می‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‎شوم. (Sabah ke mikhaaham shavam, zud bidar mishaavam.) - When I wake up in the morning, I get up early.
To ask a question in Persian, you can change the word order and add the word "آیا" (aya) at the beginning of the sentence. Here's an example:

* من هر صبح با یک فنجان قهوه شروع می‌‌کنم. (Man har sobh ba yek fenjan gahve shoro mikonam.) - I start every morning with a cup of coffee.
- آیا تو می‌روی؟
- Aya to miravi?
- Do you go?

* آیا تو همیشه به مدرسه با اتوبوس می‌‌روی؟ (Aya to hamisheh be madrese ba otobus miravi?) - Do you always go to school by bus?
Now, let's practice using the vocabulary and grammar we have learned in some example sentences.

* من حدود ساعت نه صبح به محل کار می‌رسم. (Man hodoode sa'ate noh sobh be mahale kar mirasam.) - I usually arrive at work around 9:00 AM.
=== Example Sentences ===

== Grammar ==
1. من هر روز ساعت هفت صبح بیدار می‌شوم.
  Man har roz saat haft sobh bidar mishavam.
  I wake up at seven o'clock every morning.

One way to talk about your daily routine in Persian is by using the present tense of verbs. As you will notice, the present tense of verbs in Persian is quite straightforward since there are no verb conjugations that vary according to the subject (there is no difference between "I eat" and "he eats", for example).
2. بعد از بیدار شدن، دست و صورتم را می‌شویم.
  Bad az bidar shodan, dast va suratam ra mishavim.
  After waking up, I wash my hands and face.

Here is an example of a sentence that uses the present tense of a verb:
3. من همیشه دندان‌هایم را پاک می‌کنم.
  Man hamisheh dandanhayam ra pak mikonam.
  I always brush my teeth.

* من هر روز با صبحانه شروع می‌کنم. (Man har roz ba sobhaneh shoro mikonam.) - I start every day with breakfast.
4. ساعت هشت و نیم ناهار می‌خورم.
  Saat hasht o nim nahar mikhuram.
  I have lunch at half past eight.

Here, "شروع می‌کنم‎" (shoro mikonam) is the present tense of the verb "شروع کردن" (shoro kardan) which means "to start". Note that the verb is always in the infinitive form and is preceded by "می‌کنم‎" (mikonam) which means "I do".
5. بعد از ناهار استراحت می‌کنم.
  Bad az nahar esterahat mikonam.
  After lunch, I take a rest.

Another way to talk about your daily routine is by using "همیشه" (hamisheh) which means "always", "غالباً" (ghalabatan) which means "usually", or "احیاناً" (ahyaanaan) which means "sometimes". Here is an example:
6. من هر روز برای کار به دانشگاه می‌رم.
  Man har roz baraye kar be daneshgah miram.
  I go to the university for work every day.

* همیشه با شستن صبحانه شروع می‌کنم. (Hamisheh ba shostan sobhaneh shoro mikonam.) - I always start with washing and having breakfast.
7. بعد از کار، میرم خرید می‌کنم.
  Bad az kar, miram kharid mikonam.
  After work, I go shopping.

In this case, "همیشه" (hamisheh) is used to indicate that you always start your day with washing and breakfast.
8. ساعت هفت شام می‌خورم.
  Saat haft sham mikhuram.
  I have dinner at seven o'clock.

== Writing practice ==
9. قبل از خوابیدن، دندان‌هایم را پاک می‌کنم.
  Ghabl az khabidan, dandanhayam ra pak mikonam.
  Before sleeping, I brush my teeth.

Now that you know some vocabulary and grammar related to daily routines, try to write a short paragraph about your own daily routine in Persian. Use the vocabulary and expressions you have learned, and try to make your sentences as detailed as possible.
10. هر شب ساعت ده خواب می‌روم.
    Har shab saat dah khab miravam.
    I go to sleep at ten o'clock every night.
