In this lesson, we'll spend some time talking about how healthy Swedes are. Being healthy could mean a lot of different things, but here we'll focus on Swedes' exercise habits. A statistical survey from 2011 showed that seventy-five percent of participants exercised at least once a week and about half of them exercise more than two times per week. The group that exercises the most frequently are children and youth between the ages of seven to fourteen. The ways of exercising are walking, running, working out at the gym, working out in groups, and biking. Even though Swedes seem to be fairly good at exercising, many don't spend that much money on it. About twenty-six percent of them only spent between one and a thousand crowns in a whole year, while only 9.5 percent spent more than six-thousand crowns.

Exercise Habits in Sweden

The Focus of this Lesson is How to Talk About How Often or Seldom You Do Something.
