Hi. What's the correct way to describe a country; for example do you should say "the beautiful Australia" or just "beautiful Australia"?

In this case, "beautiful Australia" is correct. You will not precede most country names with "the", but there are a few exceptions, such as "The Netherlands", "The United States", and a few others.

This is usually when the name of the country contains some kind of definite article - as another example, "The Czech Republic" because of "republic".
