- Select a precise day and time. You need to post your event more than 6 days before the day of the meeting. This is to allow enough time for Membersto read your post
- Choose a precise title,
- Choose a precise Meeting Place.
In the box for "Address", make sure that you write the COMPLETE and CORRECT address. This will allow Google Map to show the EXACT location for your Meeting.
- In the appropriate text box, describe the Goal and the Concept of your Meeting. Try to do so in a concise fashion, eg: What? Why? Who? Where? When? Then, click on "Create the new Meeting".
Please follow those 2 important rules:
- KEEP YOUR EVENT FREE. WE WILL NOT APPROVE MESSAGES WRITTEN WITH THE PURPOSE OF PERSONAL PROFIT,
- MEETINGS MUST BE RELATED TO LANGUAGE AND CULTURAL EXCHANGES.

After creating your meeting, you will be able to send a group invitation to members from your region.
