There is one special title used broadly in today's Chinese business world, which is 總/总 zǒng. In this context 總/总 zǒng means "chief" or "head".

It is a short form for general manager, chief director, CEO, CFO, president of a company, chairman of the board, etc.

It is used right after one's last name.

Sometimes, although the person is only in charge of a very small section in the company, he\she would probably still be happy if you address him\her with the title of 總/总 zǒng.
