Rules of Singular and Plural in Persian
Rule 1: For names of all living things
(a) If they are conscientious, add ان to the singular.

(b) If the last letter of the singular is ہ then replace it with گ and add ان.

کُشتگان | کُشتہ | بندگان | بندہ |
(c) If the last letter of the singular is ا or و then add یان.

نابینایان | نابینا | دانش جو یان | دانش جو |
Rule 2: For non-living (non-living things)، add ہا or ھا to any singular.

مکان ہا | مکان | گل ہا | گل |
Note:- A: In order to make a plural of some singular, add ات or جات instead of ہا or ھا.

Rule 3: The Arabic rules (جمع سالم، جمع مکسر) are also followed in making singular and plural in Persian.
