Join us for a rejuvenating Sunset Hatha Yoga session on the picturesque beach, conducted in English. This class is suitable for both seasoned yogis and beginners, providing an opportunity to explore the practice of yoga.

We will commence the session with a brief mantra chanting, followed by breathing exercises and a gentle warm-up. Throughout the class, we will engage in various yoga postures, activating and energizing the entire body. While each session is unique, the ultimate aim remains constant - to cultivate a sense of joy, harmony, and serenity. 🙏🏼😇 As a blissful conclusion, we will indulge in the tranquil vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls.
