🌅 Join us for a serene evening of yoga as the sun sets on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 6:00 PM. This unique class will begin with a soothing aromatherapy session, followed by pranayama (breath control), and a guided meditation that concludes with a gentle sound bath to enhance relaxation.

☯️ During the class, we will explore a harmonious blend of hatha, yin, and vinyasa flow yoga styles, catering to all skill levels. Beginners are warmly invited, and if you require a yoga mat, please inform me at least one hour before the start time.
