Ex : 

يريدون   who يوجد رجل

you can use "who" in a question,
-- ex: Who's this man? -- من هذا الرجل who=من
ex: Who are you? --- من أنت who=من
- also you can use 'Who' to express of pronoun or
specification. for ex:
---- this person wants you: هذا الشخص يريدك
or
--- this is the person whose wants you :
--- هذا هو الشخص الذي يريدك whose or who = الذي
