Anybody to help me to learn Norwegian?

Hello, I live in the French Alpes,I'm very much interested in learning Norwegian. In exchange I can teach Polish,English,French and basic Russian. Hope to hear from sb very soon. I can communicate through MSN and Skype,too. Thanks a lot for your help.
