I would rather phrase it as "每年十二月二十五号是圣诞节。" Which in english means "On the 25th of December every year is Christmas" as Christmas always falls on the 25th every year

I would say yes, but I'm not a native speaker, so better wait for someone else's opinion. However, next year is " 明年" not " 明天", which means "tomorrow".
