Peut-on dire "merci très beaucoup" ? Est il correct ?

En français utilisera de préférence "Merci beaucoup" ou pour accentuer le remerciement : Merci infiniment"

Non, "merci très beaucoup" est incorrect. Mais comme le dit Marianthi ci-dessous, il y a un grand choix d'expressions.
