what’s the exact meaning of ”FedEx” here?...-did you FedEx it to Rome?....is it kind of posting? maybe whole the statement is some kind of proverb?

Interesting question!

in English, a very famous brand name can be used as a verb, like for Google : "just Google it" = "Just search for it using Google". It's just a shorter sentense.

It's the same here "Just FedEx it to Rome" = "Just send it to Rome using the FedEx express delivery service".

Those brands are so famous that they become part of the language! surprise

Think of it as slang. not really slang but just means did you mail it by a private courier. Fedex is a private mail service. A long time ago the name of the company was federal express but they changed their name to fedex because they are a private company and not affiliated with a federal government. The statement is not a proverb, just a marketing ploy that was used years ago. Another example was Xerox. Can you xerox it? it meant can you photo copy it. Xerox was a popular company that made copy machines, Fed Ex is a popular private company. like ems, ups, etc.
