Also correct: "I've lived here five years." (the inclusion of the proposition "for" is implicit, and thus it is superfluous)

And a reminder: "5" in both sentences should be spelled out, i.e., "five".

Definitely interchangeable.
The difference is the tense of the verb ‘to live’
1) present tense
2) past tense
I have been living here for five years (and will continue to do so)
OR
I have lived here for 5 years (and will continue to do so)
