    • Firstly we would like to express our deepest regret for the inconvenience caused by this unintentional delay in the delivery of the Products you ordered which was due to inevitable circumstances, and we assure that your dissatisfaction has been treated in a serious way.
    • As you know, this incovenience has been caused to you because of distillation we had to perform on the entire material because of the high sulfur values was not planned originally and was based on the process control values.
  • This was completely unpredictable to us and led to this delay.
    • You unilaterraly decided to start your campaign with other material without informing us and without unfortunately letting us know [in writing] of the pecunairy consequences , especillay to the extra cost cleaning - the 30.000, -CHF that would caused you.
