    • They have some main qualities I think.
    • That highlights them always.
    • First of all, such people has ability organized people.
    • They collect people around they self and can to direct people into a common cause.
    • Secondly, charismatic people are able hear other people and understand.
    • People like it because all want be heard.
    • Thirdly they have ability to express their disagreement with other opinions.
    • They are willed people and independent from other people.
  • And finally, they know how to present themselves.
    • Confident gestures, gait, posture show others that a person is ready to meet with any difficulties on the way.
    • I think that charisma is inborn ability.
    • I think it is not be developing because charismatic person has not only internal signs, but also external which are given from nature.
