  • کرونه (krone) - Playing an instrument
   - Example: زما ماتور سائيکل تر نه هم برخاستئ، زه دا کرنه دپوره کولی شم. (Zama motor cycle tar na ham brakhashtay, za da krone depora kulai sham.) - Since my motorcycle won't start, I spent time playing the guitar.
  • ډولی (dōli) - Gardening
   - Example: زما ننکي تر کلاس مختګولو لپاره څومره په ډولۍ باندۍ لرم. (Zama nankī tar klas mukhtaglawo lapara tzomra pa dōleibandē laram.) - I'm building a raised garden bed for my science class project.
  • پېټلې جوړول (peṭele jorawəl) - Knitting
   - Example: زه پېټلې جوړوم، په ګلي بوتونو کې. (Za peṭele jorawum, pa galei butonu kē.) - I knit booties for babies.
  • هېله ولول (heylə wolol) - Hiking
   - Example: دا د وخت دي چې همه هېلې خوري، او زه به هېله ولول په پائينه کې ووړلم. (Da da waght de che hama helay khori, au za ba heylə wolol pa paine kē wawrulam.) - Since everyone was hiking, I decided to go on a hike.
  • ولایت کول (welayat kul) - Biking
   - Example: د ننګرهار د چارې ځلې ورځو د ولایت کول به څرګندوئ. (Da Nangarhar da charē zhwale warzo da welayat kul ba tsargandu.) - I will bike to Tsar Gandu on the fourth day of my trip to Nangarhar.
  • شپږمې کول (shapagemē kōl) - Swimming
   - Example: شپږ فيزکالي تربية کړوونکي څلور دی. (Shapag fizikaly tarbiya kṛawunki tzalor dai.) - Swimming is part of physical education class.
