As an Armenian language teacher with 20 years of experience, I believe that learning prepositions is an important step towards achieving fluency in Armenian. Prepositions are words that link nouns, pronouns, and phrases to other words in a sentence. Preposition Usage

Prepositions are used to indicate time, place, direction, means, manner, and purpose in a sentence. In Armenian, prepositions come before the noun or pronoun that they modify. Here are some of the most commonly used prepositions in Armenian:
