Beaches in Portugal and Brazil[edit | edit source]
Portugal[edit | edit source]
Along more than 850 kilometers, the Portuguese coast has a large number of fine white sand beaches, which are practically impossible to count. All bathed by the Atlantic Ocean and all different, they are places of a beauty difficult to describe; all you have to do is come and discover them yourself.
The best known are located in the Algarve. With three thousand hours of sunshine a year and warm waters, over 200 km long stretch beaches for all tastes and many dream tourist resorts. From stretches as far as the eye can see to smaller beaches nestled in the hollow of the steep rocks, the hallmark of this region, the options that accompany a transparent and calm sea, ideal for practicing various water sports, are multiple.
Brazil[edit | edit source]
With more than 7,400 km of coastline, Brazil is a unique destination that attracts people for its beaches and its sense of celebration. To enjoy the sun, spend time with family or friends or to party, the beach is the place where the population likes to meet. Preserved or festive, Brazilian beaches make us dream.
The most beautiful for swimming: Elected for the second year in a row the most beautiful beach in the world by the Trip Advisor site, Sancho Bay Beach in Fernando de Noronha is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is accessed by a ladder wedged between two rocks before plunging into clear water to admire the most varied aquatic fauna.
