Kannada literature is a significant part of that culture, and in this lesson, we will explore the history and influential works of Kannada literature.
History of Kannada Literature
Kannada literature has a rich history that dates back to the 9th century. The earliest known literary works in Kannada were written during the Rashtrakuta dynasty. The Kadamba dynasty and the Western Ganga dynasty also contributed to the development of Kannada literature.
