"be going to" = "want" (slang)
In slang, there is no difference between "be going to" and "want".
Examples:
- I'm going to the cinema (formal) من قصد دارم به سینما بروم
- I want to go to the cinema (formal) من می خواهم به سینما بروم
- I'm going to the cinema (slang) من می خواهم به سینما بروم

In slang, the future tense is not used. The adverb is used with the present tense.
Examples:
- I will go to Tehran tomorrow (formal)
- I'm going to Tehran tomorrow (informal)
فردا(قید) به تهران می روم (زمان حال)
