Common Phrases

Welsh phrases are fun to learn and sound poetic. Here are some common health phrases you can use when you meet someone (Gorfod is the Welsh word for "must"):

• Elin: Dylid ffonio'r foneddigion. (One should call the nurses.)
• Arian: Wyt ti'n medru ffonio nhw? (Can you call them?)
• Elin: Ydw, yn sicr. (Yes, for sure.)

Body Parts

It's important to learn the Welsh words for body parts. Here's a list of some common words you might hear in a conversation (The Welsh for body is 'corff'):

• Pharmacist: Pedwar tamediad y dydd a gellir eu cymryd ar wahân. (Four per day and can be taken separately.)
