In this lesson, we will explore German vocabulary related to geography. With over 357,000 square kilometers of territory, Germany has a lot of diverse landscapes and regions to explore.

Let's start with some basic vocabulary related to geography in German:

- Germany is the seventh largest country in Europe. - The highest peak in Germany is the Zugspitze, which is 2,962 meters (9,717 feet) tall. - The Black Forest, located in southwestern Germany, is famous for its dense forests and delicious cake. - Germany is home to over 30,000 castles, many of which you can visit and explore. - The German Autobahn has no official speed limit, although some speed limits do apply in certain areas.
