Hello everyone! Starting from Monday, May 8th, our Monday evenings will be held upstairs at Curlers and Thursdays evenings at Tennent's!

Curlers is conveniently located next to Hillhead subway on Byres Rd. When you arrive, head upstairs and turn right to find us usually at the table in the far left corner by the window. Alternatively, at Tennent's, enter from Byres Rd, turn left, and look for us at one of the tables by the windows!

What level is required to join?
Our group is inclusive of all levels, from beginners to native speakers. Even a basic conversational ability is helpful to participate!

If I can't make it exactly at 7:00 PM, is that okay?
Our gatherings are very relaxed, typically lasting a few hours. Feel free to join whenever you can. If you arrive at 7:00 PM and no one is there yet, give it some time as people usually arrive within 15-20 minutes!

What if only one person is signed up, will the event still happen?
Despite the RSVP numbers on the event page, we usually have a regular group of 10-15 attendees, so don't worry about low RSVP counts.

If you want to practice and improve your Spanish or English, join us at The Tennent's Bar on Byres Road at 7pm on Mondays and Thursdays. We have different hosts on different nights, and sometimes none, but there will always be friendly people to warmly welcome you. You can find us at the top of the stairs where we'll be seated on the long benches. We're excited to meet you and chat with you in Spanish and English.

We kick off with a 'Spanish half hour' followed by an 'English half hour' to ensure equal time for each language and to keep the conversation lively with fun topics. We can't wait to see our regulars and extend a warm welcome to new members.
