Hi, I am an Iranian man. You can call me Norman. I am a civil engineer with more than 20 years experience in water resources engineering. I have a 5-year-old daughter Rose. I love her and decided to take her to Canada for better future. So I need learning English at least IELTS 7 to Immigrate there. I need help for that because I'm not young and don't have too time. The best event is , arriving there when my daughter starts school.
