Hi. I can understand what people say in German but i cant write and speak. How i should start and some learning tips please!

For the writing:
Get a childrens' book via amazon like Benjamin Blümchen, so you can practise your reading and you can see how things are written in german.
Then get a audio book + the book, so you can hear how a word sounds AND see how it is written.
And then talk to a few people here. Exchange numbers and send each other voice messages. This way you can take your time with answering the spoken message of your "teacher".
And after all this you can ask for a skype date to practise your speaking flow.
