Is it ok to use the term ” internship”, in the field of translation for two or three non-paid training before graduation? if not, what would be the right word for that?

Yes that will work well. You can also use apprentice or apprenticeship, but internship sounds better more modern.

I agree with Will, internship is more commonly used these days. However, I personally think ”Volunteer” is a more literal word for jobs you do without getting paid but that will depend on the nature of engagement.
