”to begin” VS ”to start”

Hi everyone, Is there any difference between those 2 verbs?

are these two verbs always interchangeable?

According to the link provided below, ”begin” is more formal than ”start”, and there are some cases where ”begin” cannot be used to replace ”start”. (One such case is the construction ”to start something” when it means ”to cause something to begin working”.)
