Staying fit and healthy
- To stay fit I do exercise, as a walk I like to go for a walk after lunch and on the afternoon when I don't work.
- For me it's vital I need to breathe to get some fresh even if it's cold, raining and windy.
- Another exercise I do but it's at home, I go cycling twice a week for 30 minutes.
- Sometimes I'm going jogging after work once I came back home.
- To go jogging is good for heart and I must to tell you, I prefer to go for a walk while listening music with my mp3 player.
- As far as the food, I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.
- I have a preference for winter vegetables.
- My favorite is leek, you cook this one with just a little butter and you eat it with fish, It's delicious.
- I don't eat much meat I don't like well.
- I drink a lot of water, I don't drink alcohol.
- I don't eat sweets not only it's not good for the line and teeth but also for healthy, we can become diabetic.
- Sugar is dangerous.
- So to conclude, for staying fit and healthy it's important to eat well balanced and do exercise. Kind regards.
