Amazon.com Inc began online grocery and delivery service from Whole Foods last year but many customers complained that they did not get correct offering sometimes.

Amazon expanded Prime Now delivery service after it bought Whole Foods in 2007, however, these two companies still work separately and inventory-tracked technology is too old to update lasted inventory information.

Many supermarkets like Amazon who provided online delivery service face the same problem that they could hardly match the order with execution.

Once the items are out-of-stock, shoppers always select the substitutes based on auto-generated suggestions from online tools, but the suggestions are not always reliable.

Then, inappropriate substitutes may bring swap or refund, which increases the online delivery cost, and make the profit of high-cost online business even less.
