Many supermarkets like Amazon who provided online delivery service face the same problem that they could hardly match the order with execution.

Once the items are out-of-stock, shoppers always select the substitutes based on auto-generated suggestions from online tools, but the suggestions are not always reliable.

Then, inappropriate substitutes may bring swap or refund, which increases the online delivery cost, and make the profit of high-cost online business even less.
