• Nevertheless, the name of the phenomenon seems relatively unknown from computer scientists and indeed there is little real work done on the phenomenon.

• Digitalization suffers from a different evil: the misunderstanding generated when talking about it.

• In this thesis, focus will be firstly placed on Shadow IT in this new context of digitalization.

• Then we will present our choice for this information-technology system, by discloding its benefits.

• Finally, and above all the most important contribution of this paper will explain how one can effectively fight and make disappear all disadvantage and linked to it.
