The UTC owner, Ricardo Pessoa, that signed one plea bargaining agreement with the Public Ministry and reported the bribe payment for lots of authorities, affirmed to the Petrobras CPI at this Tuesday that he is "writting a new history" and "the most of politics and governments that I had lived with are honest".
Pessoa made an initial speech about tweenty minutos and described the UTC trajectory and his prision on Car Wash Operation, in last year's november, but, in the end, he warned the congressmen that he wouldn't answer questions anymore, 'cause part of his plea bargaing is secret.
Among the statements given for Pessoa are that donations made under the Tressurer's pressure to the Dilma's campain in 2014, Edinho Silva, and that he had payed slush fund to the São Paulos Governor's candidatures of actual Chief of Staff, Aloizio Mercadante.
Both denied the receivement of irregular values.
"Starting november 14 (date os his prison), my life hadn't be the same.
Will never be".
And completed: "That man that got in the Policia Federal's incarcerated at Curitiba don't exist anymore.

The UTC owner said that he doesn't want to "sell himself as a hero" and that never uses his colaboration to "practice revenges" against opponents.
Said that he attached in a "spontaneous" way.

" Most of time, the relation that I had maintened with the public power were very civilized.
The most of politicians and governments that I lived with is honest", affirmed Pessoa.
Said, for instance, that gained the Petrobra's contracts during others politics management.

SIgned 393 agreements with Petrobras without politic conections.
For example of this discontection, signed 169 agreements with Petrobras in the government of ex- president FHC"
The businessman said that, after his plea, has invested in the intern control and corporative governance of the company and this areas begun his central concerns.
Even after warn that he wouldn't answer any questions, Pessoas was maintened in the testimony by the CPI's president, the congressman Hugo Mota, and others parlamentars keeping questioning him.
