    • On the one hand, an assertive person, who spends all their time to achieve a certain goal, is likely to get a promotion, because their behaviour has showed their boss that they are responsible and can get things done on time.
    • For instance, this type of people spend all their time at work, they even work on holidays and sometimes on the weekends.
    • Of course they have as much more money as and less time to spend it.
    • On the other hand, a really successful people are the bosses or owners of companies , where the people from the example above work, and they are completely different from their employees.
    • First of all they have the right connections who help to solve problems in their business and make money more efficiently.
  • Secondly, they have enough money to hire the professionals who will make money for them.
  • For example, this kind of people, who hire better workers and have connections, have a lot of money as well as time to spend it to make their dreams come true.
    • To sum up, I agree with opinion that working smart is much better than working hard, because those people have more money and more free-time.
