Responsibilities：
Project Risk Management: Perform qualitative, quantitative risk analysis and plan risk responses with functions leaders, control risks and actions follow-up.
Key Milestone Review: Organize gate review meeting to review capacity capability, schedule and cost baseline, define solutions and follow up accordingly.
Project Human Resource Management: Coordinate human resource for new projects and proved resource planning reference to top management.
Corporate Organizational Process Assets: (1) Develop and maintain Project Lifecycle Management process; standardize key procedures (ECN, material consumption, IP approval, GPB evaluation etc.) (2) Create and maintain Lessons Learned system, corporate tools; facilitate Project Management Academy
