Department: Program Management Office Position: PMO Officer Responsibilities：  Project Risk Management: Perform qualitative, quantitative risk analysis and plan risk responses with functions leaders, control risks and actions follow-up.

 Key Milestone Review: Organize gate review meeting to review capacity capability, schedule and cost baseline, define solutions and follow up accordingly.

 Project Human Resource Management: Coordinate human resource for new projects and proved resource planning reference to top management.

 Corporate Organizational Process Assets: (1) Develop and maintain Project Lifecycle Management process; standardize key procedures (ECN, material consumption, IP approval, GPB evaluation etc.) (2) Create and maintain Lessons Learned system, corporate tools; facilitate Project Management Academy Growing Summary：  Acquired Global Sport Award(I did well in resource planning and escalation mechanism maintain during company transformed from Nokia-oriented to diversified customers–oriented)  Raised salary twice and exalted as Project Management Officer in 2013(Job scope expanded with milestone review, process & procedure set up, Lessons Learned system create and project management training  Got Project Management Professional certified in 2013,Dec.
