First, before starting this lesson, here's how to toast in Portuguese.
In Portuguese from Portugal, we say: “À sua saude!”, "À nossa!" or "Saúde!". In Brazilian Portuguese, we say: “Saude!" (or “viva!”, or “Tim-tim!”)
