If you are traveling in France, you will need to know how to say hello or goodbye.

Here are the main ways to greet in French:

  • Bonjour ! = good morning/afternoon!
  • Bonsoir ! = good evening!
  • Bienvenue = Welcome
  • Enchanté ! = Nice to meet you!
