• ይመራል yïmäral bitter adjective: መራራ märara

• ይኮመጥጣል yïkomä t΄ït΄al sour adjective: ኮምጣጣ komït΄at΄a

• ጨው በዝቶበታል čäw bäzïtobätal too much salt
