Traveling in Turkey
Local Travel Tips
If you plan to use local transportation, such as buses or minibuses, keep in mind that they may not follow a strict schedule. You may have to wait longer than usual if the bus or minibus is full. It is also recommended to carry small bills and coins for your fare as not all buses and minibuses accept larger denominations.
Ticketing

Intercity Travel

Booking your bus tickets in advance is recommended during peak travel season. Trains are a good option, too, but they may not be available for all cities.
