The conditional mood in Bengali is formed by adding the suffixes -āϤā§/-āϤā§āĻ/-āϤā§āĻ/-āϤā§āϰ/-āϤā§āύ to the verb stem. The suffixes are added depending on the person and number of the subject.

The suffixes for the conditional mood are as follows:
- -āϤ⧠for the first person singular (I)
- -āϤā§āĻ for the second person singular (you)
- -āϤā§āĻ for the third person singular (he/she/it)
- -āϤā§āϰ for the first person plural (we)
- -āϤā§āύ for the second person plural (you)
For example, the verb āĻā§āϞāĻž (to play) has the following forms in the conditional mood:
- āĻā§āϞāϤ⧠(I will play)
- āĻā§āϞāϤā§āĻ (you will play)
- āĻā§āϞāϤā§āĻ (he/she/it will play)
- āĻā§āϞāϤā§āϰ (we will play)
- āĻā§āϞāϤā§āύ (you will play)
